Requirements

  • Commercial experience configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Experience across modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service or Finance & Operations.
  • Experience using Power Platform including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Strong understanding of CRM and ERP business processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective Dynamics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
  • Translate business requirements into system configuration and automation.
  • Build and maintain forms, views, dashboards, workflows and reports.
  • Configure security roles, permissions and user access.
  • Support data migrations, imports and data integrity.
  • Work closely with business users and technical teams to improve business processes.
  • Support UAT, releases and ongoing system improvements.

We are an established UK organisation investing heavily into Microsoft Dynamics and are hiring a Dynamics 365 System Configurator to support the continued development of our Dynamics platform. This is a remote role with 2 days a month in London. You will work closely with our wider Dynamics team in a role focused on configuration, stakeholder engagement and improving business processes rather than pure development.
