ABOUT YOU You would be our second hire in US Construction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop new client relationships across the US construction sector * Source, qualify, interview and place high-calibre candidates into US construction roles * Manage the complete 360° recruitment process from brief to placement and aftercare * Negotiate offers while ensuring compliance with relevant US requirements * Consistently achieve and exceed personal billing targets in a supportive environment * Work flexibly to accommodate US time zones and client needs WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR * Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant in this market (12+ months desk experience) * Ambitious, resilient and target-driven with excellent communication skills * Comfortable working with initiative in a hybrid/flexible environment WHAT WE OFFER Hybrid working Flexible hours - working the US market does not have to burn you out!
