An experienced Legal IT Trainer with good Azure, SharePoint and E-Learning experience is required to join an internationally renowned legal company in Manchester. The Legal IT Trainer will deliver tailored IT training to all departments within the company, ensuring they can maximise the use of legal software and systems. The Legal IT Trainer will develop and update training materials to match industry trends and provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for team members.
Key skills the Legal IT Trainer will have:
- At least 2 years experience as an IT Trainer
- Extensive experience with Azure and SharePoint Technologies
- Previous E-learning experience (via presentations, teams/audio calls)
- Familiarity with legal software systems and experience with AI tools such as Co-Pilot is beneficial
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex IT concepts into simple, user-friendly language
- Experience within a legal or professional services environment is very desirable
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging classroom, virtual, and one-to-one training sessions to staff at all levels
- Create clear, user-friendly training materials, guides, and eLearning content
- Support global technology rollouts, including Microsoft 365, document management systems, case management tools, and legal-specific applications
- Conduct training needs analysis and tailor sessions to user requirements
- Champion best practice and act as a trusted adviser on digital capability
- Work cross-functionally with IT Support, Projects, and L&D to maintain a consistent global training approach
