We are currently looking for a Payroll and HCM Delivery Manager (Oracle Fusion Cloud) for our government client. This role is hybrid, based between up to 3 days per week on site and the remainder of the week working remotely. Office locations include Bristol or London, as preferred. The contract for this position is until 31/03/26, with potential to extend, operating inside IR35.
Security Clearance: eligible for Security Check ('SC Clearance')
Essential skills/experience required:
- A degree level qualification
- Strong payroll function knowledge
- Strong people function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic HR business areas
- 10+ years' experience in complex ERP enabled transformation projects/programmes
- Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape
- Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape
- Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Payroll and/or HCM end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations
- Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation
- Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Ability to work independently
This role would not suit Delivery Managers but Payroll and HCM Payroll Consultants.
Role/responsibilities:
- Manage the development and deployment of IT solutions, change and risk management and the interaction between development and support services.
- Take ownership of technical design decisions throughout the delivery and assist project decision-making around the appropriate way to achieve deployment.
- Use data to inform planning.
- Manage complex internal and external dependencies.
- Ensure service delivery adheres to the appropriate standards.
