2nd Line IT Support Engineer – Southampton (Hybrid) Due to continued growth, a leading IT Consultancy based in Southampton is looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join the team. As a leading technology company, you will become part of a reputable organisation dedicated to delivering exceptional services to end users. The team is expanding across the business, and you will be joining a proactive, and strongly motivated team. Key Skills required: Previous experience in either a support desk or field/customer facing role Windows Server 11-10 OS & Desktop OS experience O365 administration e.g. SharePoint, OneDrive Azure AD Networking – good experience with firewall technologies, VPNs etc Proven experience troubleshooting and diagnostic experience via logs, tickets and reports It would be highly advantageous if the ideal candidate has experience with Hyper-V or VMware, and backup technologies such as Veeam.
