Working from offices in central London, we have built a uniquely diverse project delivery team that combines contractors quantity surveyors, project managers and engineers with more-traditional client-side cost and project managers.
With live Residential / Co-Living / PBSA projects ranging from 50 apartments through to 500 apartments, along with a variety of commercial office projects across greater London and the UK, we are seeking an experienced, full time Senior Quantity Surveyor with a good understanding of the living sector, cost planning and administering JCT Contracts to join our talented team with an immediate start.
What will you be doing?
As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved commercially on projects, working towards taking the lead, liaising with both the client and contractor team to ensure successful project delivery. You will be an integral part of the project and the key point of contact from the Circle team, navigating the scheme from feasibility cost planning, through tendering and procurement to practical completion. The projects you will be involved in vary from new build to refurbishment schemes, at a range of values from £20-£100m and may be in procurement or during construction.
Other responsibilities include:
- Managing projects to deliver high quality services and deliverables.
- Preparing tender documentation and managing the process, including designing marking schemes.
- Compile contract documentation, including all relevant parts of the contract.
- Evaluating and reporting on all aspects of project programmes.

Requirements:
- MRICS or Currently focused towards their APC within the next 12 months
