Senior Physiotherapist – MSK Circle Integrated Care – North Hampshire
Full‑time, 37.5 hours per week. Permanent position. Salary up to £48,117.00 per year.
Responsibilities
- Independently assess and treat patients with complex needs across inpatient or outpatient settings.
- Develop individualised treatment plans using a variety of physiotherapy techniques to optimise recovery, function, and independence.
- Manage a designated caseload efficiently, prioritising based on clinical urgency and discharge planning needs.
- Act as a point of contact for junior physiotherapists, therapy assistants and students, offering guidance and informal supervision.
- Maintain accurate, timely and professional clinical records in line with HCPC, CSP and local policy.
- Participate in audits, service evaluations and quality improvement projects.
Qualifications
- HCPC‑registered physiotherapist.
- Solid post‑registration experience across a range of clinical areas.
- Strong clinical reasoning and decision‑making skills.
- Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal abilities.
