The Role Install broadband and TV services Resolve broadband faults Optimize speed in customers\’ premises on behalf of clients including TalkTalk and BT Providing installation, repair, and maintenance Repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony, and TV services Complete work to quality standards in line with best practices and client requirements Educate customers on installed services, ensuring satisfaction Work efficiently while maintaining a clean environment and high customer satisfaction Respond professionally to customer requests and inquiries Develop professional skills through timely training Comply with company fleet policy Follow health and safety regulations, including H&S handbook and Toolbox Talks Operate tools safely Ensure compliance with environmental regulations Adhere to Data Protection Policies and relevant legislation Why work in Circet?
