About Circet
Circet is an international infrastructure services provider, delivering large-scale network build and maintenance across telecoms and energy sectors throughout Europe. In the UK, Circet is rapidly scaling its Energy business—building capability across electricity networks and related infrastructure to support increasing demand from network operators and the wider energy transition. Backed by strong investment and an established delivery platform, the business is focused on growing its presence across the UK through a combination of delivery excellence, client partnerships and targeted expansion.

The role ensures projects are structured to be deliverable, competitive and aligned to client requirements from the outset. You will define delivery strategies, develop technical solutions, coordinate supply chain partners and support work winning activity, shaping projects through to a construction‑ready position. The role offers clear potential for progression into broader leadership or general management responsibilities, aligned to performance and growth of the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

- Pre-Construction Leadership: Lead the development of projects from early engagement through to construction‑ready stage. Define EPC delivery strategies, packaging approach and execution plans. Ensure projects are technically robust, commercially viable and deliverable.
- Technical Development: Support and coordinate electrical and balance of plant design development. Manage inputs from designers, OEMs and technical specialists. Ensure solutions are aligned with grid requirements, standards and client expectations.
- Supply Chain Coordination: Identify and coordinate key supply chain partners across electrical, civils and balance of plant. Build relationships with OEMs, contractors and consultants. Ensure supply chain capability supports deliverable solutions.
- Risk & Programme Management: Define project programmes, key milestones and delivery constraints. Identify and manage technical, commercial and programme risks. Ensure projects are structured to protect delivery certainty and margin.
Minimum Expected Experience & Qualifications
Experience: Degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, with installation and delivery experience. Strong experience managing EPC or EPCM-style electrical projects. Experience in one or more of: onshore wind, BESS, solar PV, EV infrastructure. Experience in pre‑construction, tendering or early‑stage project development.
Desirable Attributes: Strong understanding of UK grid connection and infrastructure delivery processes; NERS. Strong coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams and supply chain.
