Circet UK are currently recruiting for a Senior Process Analyst to join our growing IT team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across departments, helping to streamline operations and enhance efficiency through process mapping, analysis and improvement. What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct process mapping and gap analyses to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains
- Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple departments to capture business requirements
- Support the implementation of new processes and systems through training, documentation, and guidance
- Work closely with project managers and development teams within the IT Department
- Participate in change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions
- Travel to operational sites to engage with teams and understand on-the-ground processes
