We are hiring! Circet UK's Service Delivery department is hiring a Lead Coordinator on a 3 month fixed term contract. This role will be based in our office in Selkirk, Scotland and require travel to our office in Livingston.
The lead coordinator role is focused on collaboration, innovation and motivation. Reporting into the Field Operations Managers, the purpose of this role is to promote teamwork, share knowledge and commitment and strengthen communications with the team whilst allowing individuals to step up and expand on skills they have gained as a coordinator.
Responsibilities of the Lead Coordinator:
- Assists the FOMs to ensure team members are working efficiently and effectively by sharing experience, product knowledge, and communication.
- Delegates daily tasks to team members and ensures all areas are covered across various shifts, finds ways to bring efficiencies to the day-to-day requirements.
- Collaborates with FSMs to complete Sign Offs for new engineers including arranging travel and accommodation, liaising with the training academy and manages all correspondence to engineers.
- Reports back to FSMs on any daily issues arising and completes daily EOS handover.
- Upskills other teammates by assisting with training requirements to maximize their potential.
- Becomes the recognised buddy for new starts so they have a consistent source for information and support.
- Recognition of any training gaps within the team and makes recommendations to the FOM on upskilling.
- Eyes and ears of the Co-ordinators, giving weekly feedback to FOMs/SOM on client issues, engineer behaviours, team requirements etc.
- Motivates team members by creating an environment that promotes positive communication and encourages teamwork.
- Inspires the whole team by creating a pleasant working environment.
- Motivates themselves and the team to do well by leading by example and adheres to all company policies and procedures by actively demonstrating good standards of behaviour.

Requirements:
- Competent in all coordinator duties and preferably with a minimum 1 year service.
- Proven track records of meeting individual KPIs.
- Experience showing the individual as an active team member is needed to guarantee the ability to get the best out of teammates.
- Evidence that the individual can collaborate with peers and other departments within the organization.
- A high level of knowledge and understanding of client products and services is required to deliver on SLAs and drive improvements.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution is needed to help respond effectively to issues that may arise among team members and or engineers.
- A good grasp on processes and procedures is needed for guidance in handling issues that may arise and for guiding team members accordingly.
- Must have excellent written and communication skills to communicate effectively with both teammates, engineers and management.
- Organizational and time management skills are needed to delegate tasks and ensure that time utilization is effective and efficient within the team.
- Must have excellent people skills to work effectively with people from different backgrounds and personalities.
- Good leadership skills to be able to motivate and inspire team members as well as themselves.
- The ability to work as part of a team is needed to increase efficiency and effectiveness in task completion.
- The ability to adapt is needed to change and be flexible in managing various individuals.
- The ability to impact knowledge and train is needed to ensure that teammates are upskilled.
