Job Purpose

• Install broadband and TV services
• Resolve broadband faults
• Optimize speed in customers’ premises on behalf of clients such as TalkTalk and BT, providing installation, repair and maintenance of broadband, telephony and TV services

Responsibilities

• Complete all work to the required quality standard as applied by Qube in line with best working practices and client requirements
• Educate customers on installed services while ensuring all services are operating to their satisfaction
• Work efficiently whilst maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfaction
• Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries
• Continuously develop professional abilities through timely completion of training requirements as communicated
• Comply with company fleet policy, current health and safety regulations, environmental regulations, and data protection policies and legislation
