We are hiring! Circet UK are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to be a dedicated member of the Traffic Management team, adhering to procedures, focused on producing the best quality service, being highly productive and mindful of costs.

Main Duties:

  • Collating / Uploading DFE evidence to AFS (Internal system); liaising with Ops teams as and when required and attending DFE update calls.
  • Daily completion of MIS uploading to create drafts as required.
  • Making payment to the HA for TTRO’s permits as required.
  • Receiving and processing external phone calls as required.
  • Processing timesheets as required.

Experience’Knowledgeand Skills:

  • Able to liaise and maintain good relationships with 3rd parties and stakeholders.
  • Good organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, proactively, accurately and methodically under pressure and to strict deadlines.
  • PC‑literate with good knowledge of Excel & Outlook.
  • Must be a team worker.
  • Confident and able to attend regular update meetings with project teams and colleagues.

General:

  • Carry out such other duties as are consistent with the job holder’s knowledge and skills and are necessary for the satisfactory completion of contracts or for attainment of the goals of the business.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

  • Proven experience of working within a full project life cycle.
  • A good understanding of project governance and control.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn various systems.
  • Complex problem‑solving and analytical skills.
  • Handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion.
  • High attention to detail and strong customer services skills.
  • Technical knowledge or basic telecom experience advantageous.
  • Exceptional ability to analyse data and utilise it to make sound business decisions.
