We are Hiring! Circet Traffic Management are currently looking for a TM Permit Coordinator to join our team in East Kilbride. This is a 12-month FTC.
Circet UK are currently recruiting for a Permit Coordinator to join the Traffic Management team and ensure that our projects stay on programme by lining up permits and expediting the permit process for all parties for works on behalf of our blue-chip clients such as Openreach. This role is key to maintaining smooth operations across the England & Scotland road network.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Administer planned and emergency street works notices/permits
- Liaise with Local Authorities, in-house TM staff, and other third parties
- Submit permits and TTROs in a timely fashion
- Coordinate additional permit requirements (e.g., parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, road closures)
- Primarily administer permits/notices on behalf of our in-house TM division
- Produce high-quality, detailed traffic management plans
- Work proactively, accurately, and methodically under pressure to meet strict deadlines
- Support operational activities and ensure projects stay on programme
What You’ll Need - Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience in NRSWA/TMA/EToN/Symology/Street Manager/TTRO applications essential
- Able to liaise and maintain good relationships with local authorities and 3rd parties
- Ability to work in a high-turnover/fast-paced environment as part of a team or independently
Skills & Attributes:
- Good organisational, time management, and communication skills
- PC literate with good knowledge of Excel & Outlook
- Must be a team player
- High attention to detail and ability to work methodically
