Circet Traffic Management division are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team based in East Kilbride.

Responsibilities:

  • Collating / Uploading DFE evidence to AFS (Internal system)
  • Liaising with Ops teams as and when required attending DFE update calls
  • Daily Completion of MIS uploading to create Drafts (as required)
  • Making Payment to The HA for TTRO’s Permits (as required)
  • Receiving and processing external phone calls (as required)
  • Processing Time sheets (as required)
