What You'll Be Doing
- Managing internal quality audit processes aligned with Quality Lead measurables
- Coordinating defect clearance revisits and uploading evidence to client portals
- Acting as a key point of contact for field engineers, providing technical support and guidance
- Leading client and internal calls to present quality performance data
- Monitoring audit schedules and defect clearance timelines via SiteLive
- Escalating major quality or H&S non-conformances to relevant stakeholders
- Supporting documentation development including audit review and defect clearance reports
- Interpreting CAD drawings and technical data to challenge incorrect defect identification
- Producing regular reports on KPIs, performance, and quality adherence
- Conducting dependency checks on upcoming Site Acceptance activities
- Maintaining accurate document control and tracking project activity
- Communicating daily with site teams to ensure programme delivery
- Supporting and mentoring coordinators to improve performance and technical capability
- Attending site visits and training to stay aligned with evolving build standards
Strong communication skills with a confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and project systems (e.g. SiteLive)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and data
Experience working in a fast-paced telecoms environment
Solid understanding of defect management and site planning
Knowledge of vendor-specific telecoms requirements
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and within a team
Experience Required
- Previous experience in a telecoms administrative or coordination role
- Experience working across multiple projects and/or vendors
- Background in defect management, audits, or site acceptance processes
