Circet UK are looking for a Delivery Manager to join our team in Wiltshire / Gloucestershire.

Working with Circet, we are specialists in the deployment and maintenance of telecommunications and energy infrastructure, working with both major operators and local players across Ireland and the UK. Circet UK is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to oversee the end-to-end management of multiple telecoms projects. This role reports to the Head of Delivery and focuses on ensuring that all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll be at the forefront of our delivery operations, managing cross-functional teams, driving efficiency, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and vendors across the UK.

Responsibilities of a Delivery Manager:

  • Manage multiple simultaneous projects from design through to completion in line with company objectives
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client quality standards
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with industry best practices
  • Formulate and manage project budgets, ensuring strong cost control and delivery of financial objectives
  • Measure and monitor service delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Facilitate issue resolution across cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Ensure health and safety compliance across all operations and promote a culture of safety first

Key Requirements:

  • NRSWA accreditation (required)
  • Project Management qualification (desirable)
  • Full UK Driving Licence (required)
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and delivery
  • Experience managing large-scale, complex telecoms projects
  • Excellent project planning and organisational skills
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
  • Effective vendor management and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and resolve issues efficiently
