Circet UK are looking for a Warehouse Operative x2 to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing materials, waste, recycling, and segregation while supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and yard. You'll play a key part in maintaining stock accuracy, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, and keeping our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate in a busy stores environment to support daily operations
- Operate forklift truck and load/unload lorries safely
- Control and record goods inwards and outwards
- Maintain minimum stock levels and conduct weekly stock takes
- Update stock management systems and issue plant, tools, and materials
- Support pole ordering and GDU calibration processes
- Remove and recycle materials such as cable, sub-duct, timber, plastics, and cardboard
- Operate compactors for cardboard and plastics
- Carry out housekeeping of warehouse and yard
- Collect waste from buildings and transport to designated facilities
- Support other ad hoc duties as required
What You'll Need
Experience & Knowledge
- Previous experience in a stores/warehouse environment
- Forklift experience (licence desirable)
- Familiarity with stock management systems and general warehouse processes
Skills & Attributes
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexible, reliable, and hardworking
- Good IT skills, including Excel and Outlook
- Able to prioritise tasks and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with a proactive approach
