About the role
The Client Liaison Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring operational excellence and contractual performance. The role acts as the primary point of contact for the client, leading operational discussions, driving continuous improvement, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all contractual reporting and performance targets are achieved.
Responsibilities of Client Liaison Manager
- Act as the primary operational contact for the client, fostering strong, collaborative relationships.
- Lead all operational meetings with the client, ensuring actions are documented, communicated, and completed within agreed timelines.
- Ensure all contractual reporting requirements, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Monitor operational performance against agreed service levels, KPIs, and contractual obligations.
- Proactively engage with the client to identify new business opportunities, additional services, and areas for operational improvement.
- Work closely with internal operational teams to ensure client expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Ensure Circet achieves all contractual accelerators and performance incentives by monitoring progress and implementing improvement initiatives where required.
- Analyse operational data and performance trends to provide meaningful insights and recommendations to both the client and internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate with finance, commercial, and operational teams to ensure accurate performance reporting and billing support where required.
- Escalate operational risks or client concerns promptly and develop effective mitigation plans.
- Support contract reviews, performance reviews, and business planning activities.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, customer focus, and operational excellence.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Proven experience in client relationship or account management within an operational environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience leading client meetings and presenting operational performance.
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify business development opportunities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working within telecommunications, utilities, infrastructure, or a similar operational environment is desirable.
