Circet is seeking to recruit experienced Civils Reinstatement Operatives with knowledge of all Telecoms Civil/Reinstatement activities, infrastructure build, and maintenance contracts.
Responsibilities as Reinstatement Operative:
- Ensure sites are compliant and safe.
- Carry out work according to specifications (e.g., LN550, HSG47, HAUC, NRSWA).
- Work with the team to ensure the safe collection and delivery of materials.
- Follow the Highway Code when using company vehicles or working on public property.
- Perform general drain-works operations.
- Laying datmac/HRA.
- Leave worksites tidy, removing all materials and returning them to suitable skips within the depot.
- Conduct and report findings of Site-Specific Risk Assessments.
- Accurately measure completed jobs and submit A55s promptly.
- Populate and submit timesheets and measure sheets daily.
- Participate in the standby out-of-hours working rota.
Health & Safety Obligations:
- Understand and implement the company safety policies and procedures.
- Deliver tasks safely, with quality, and in a timely manner.
- Promote a 'Right First Time' culture within the team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory measures relevant to the work.
- Set up sites according to GSOPs, HAUC specifications, NRSWA, and LN550 standards.
- Complete all required training and development.
Skills & Experience Required:
- CSR certification.
- CPC certification.
- HGV Class 1 driver/labourer license.
- Knowledge of utility/quarry operations.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude towards daily tasks.
- Experience in Telecom/Utility industry.
