Noticing Coordinator
Full-Time | Office-Based | East Kilbride
We are looking to recruit an experienced Noticing Coordinator to support the successful administration of planned and emergency street works notices and permits.
This role is key to ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, effective coordination with local authorities, and the smooth delivery of works on site without disruption or overrun.
Responsibilities
- Administer planned and emergency street works notices and permits
- Open, manage, and close street works notices/permits, including registering reinstatement details within required timescales
- Liaise effectively with Local Authorities and internal operational teams
- Coordinate with third parties, including parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, and road closures
- Monitor permits to ensure compliance and prevent overruns
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance with NRSWA and permitting regulations

- Experience working with NRSWA / TMA / EToN systems (preferred)
- Strong ability to liaise with Local Authorities and third-party stakeholders
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work proactively, accurately, and methodically under pressure
- Confident working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- PC literate with good working knowledge of Excel and Outlook
