We Are Hiring! Circet Traffic Management are hiring an Operations Support Administrator in Scotland.

Main Purpose: Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Support Administrator will ultimately be responsible for the day to day running of the business, from allocating appropriate resources to work to maintaining the highest standards in health, safety and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Day to day running of all operational requirements.
  • Allocating appropriate resource to specific traffic management tasks/activities.
  • Ensuring strict processes are maintained to the highest standard throughout the business where health & safety is priority.
  • Attend & chair regular management/supervisor meetings.
  • Report to directors on various KPIs in relation to company growth & performance.
  • Manage all operatives annual leave requirements.
  • Manage operational supply chain including goods/services obtained.
  • Work closely with the Contracts Department to ensure all activities are efficiently and safely carried out within an awareness of budgets.
  • Work in collaboration with our clients to ensure delivery whilst maintaining the highest of standards.
  • Monitor & control fleet on a day to day basis whilst working closely with the transport department.
  • Assist Ops Managers in other regions.
  • Assist the Operations Manager with driving recruitment and assisting with conducting interviews.

Skills and Competencies Required:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask while adapting to ever changing priorities.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications and other online systems.
  • Prior experience working in a fast paced/quick turnaround environment.
  • Administration experience and proven track record keeping records and managing their own workload.
