Circet UK is currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing team! Reporting to the Head of HR (UK), this role plays a vital part in aligning our people strategy with business goals, supporting leaders across multiple sites to deliver exceptional results through engaged, high‑performing teams. You’ll be a trusted partner to leadership and employees, shaping a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth across the business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner with senior leaders to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable HR strategies.
- Provide guidance and recommendations on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning.
- Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, employee relations, and people management best practices.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
- Identify learning and development needs, collaborating with L&D teams to deliver targeted training.
- Support managers with performance management, goal setting, and coaching conversations.
- Drive organizational change initiatives, ensuring clear communication and smooth transitions.
- Support the design and implementation of employee benefits aligned with company strategy.
- Champion diversity, inclusion, and belonging through engagement and awareness initiatives.
- Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and inform decision‑making.
- Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards for senior management.
What You'll Need
- 2+ years’ experience in an HR role at Advisor or Coordinator level.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience supporting multi‑site teams or remote environments is desirable.
