We Are Hiring! Circet UK are currently recruiting for an experienced Grab Driver. Working under the direction of the Logistics Manager, delivering materials and collecting spoil from civils projects in the Fife area.
You will have experience of operating within the public highway using up to date compliance to current legislation, health and safety requirements and company policies.
OverviewDeliver materials and collect spoil to gangs working in the Dunfermline area. Complete tasks in line with line managers' requests based on daily plan but also to be reactive and flexible where required. Maintain vehicle cleanliness, complete daily vehicle inspection.
Key Accountabilities- Liaise with Logistics Coordinator to effectively communicate and deliver what is asked of them.
- Effective execution of daily activities associated with operational delivery to direct teams and sub-contractors.
- Ensure they comply with Circet's health & safety standards, use all appropriate PPE and control risk with compliance and site safety rules.
- Stay professional when dealing with all third parties, like Local Authorities, Clients, and public bodies to ensure execution of works is seamless.
- Ability to take instruction, provide constructive feedback and maintain respect.
- Full Class C Rigid licence, up to date CPCs.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience driving clam-shell grab on Utility Civils works.
- CSCS.
- Flexibility as evening/weekend works will be required.
