We are hiring! Circet UK is looking for an experienced Field Supervisor with knowledge of civils and cabling activities on telecom infrastructure build and maintenance contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage workflows—survey and programme work streams, and organise staff to carry out required works efficiently.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure, including quality management and return of relevant packs to close out jobs.
  • Address non‑conformance and non‑compliance early to minimise cost impact.
  • Coach and mentor field operatives to improve quality and compliance to NRSWA 1991, TMA 2004, safety at Civils and activations, and optimise customer KPI measures.
  • Provide updates and reports regularly to the Works Control and Noticing departments.
  • Carry out in‑progress audits and coach sub‑contractors on site to identify and implement innovations that improve site safety.
  • Identify where DFE'S are required and prepare submission to the client for approval.
  • Keep accurate daily records of works planned and issues encountered.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • Experience and a strong understanding of the SROH.
  • NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor.
  • Understanding of the importance of WIP v Cash.
  • Strategic and commercial awareness: Understand and consider business impact of decisions, operational and client requests.
  • Understanding of permit to work schemes and noticing.
  • Experience dealing with external stakeholders and communicating effectively.
  • Ability to understand client quality requirements.
  • IOSH desirable.
