Circet Wireless are looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support our projects and ensure compliance with our Safety, Quality, and Environmental Management systems. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing organisation within the telecommunications and infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Carry out Site HSE Audits and Premises HSE Audits using Evotix to ensure that Circet offices, warehouse facilities and worksites meet legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out Safe System of Work reviews (EG Construction Phase Plan (CPP), Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) and Dynamic Risk Assessments) to ensure Circet HSEQT standards are maintained or exceeded.
  • Support with Investigations, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions for Adverse Events, Non‑Conformances and other HSEQT issues.
  • Deliver Choices Site Briefings (Toolbox Talks) to employees / contractors ensuring that they have understood and learned from the content.
  • Carry out Pre Installation / Multiskilled Site Visits (MSV) where HSEQT Presence is required.
  • Support project teams where HSEQT supervision is required (EG High Risk Activities / Sites).
  • Represent HSEQT in client meetings / calls (EG High Risk Activity Reviews).
  • Provide HSEQT guidance, support and mentoring to employees / contractors at all levels of the organisation.
  • Engage with the workforce at all levels to promote a positive HSEQT Culture and drive HSEQT Initiatives and continual improvement.
  • Support with relevant HSEQT Training, Workshops and Inductions across the organisation.
  • Attend internal or external HSEQT Meetings / Events as required.
  • Other duties as reasonably assigned.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience within a civil engineering or telecommunications environment.
  • Understanding of HSEQT systems, standards, and auditing processes.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
  • CSCS card holder.
  • A proactive and passionate approach to Health, Safety, Environment & Quality.
  • Good Information Technology (IT) skills.
  • Honesty / Integrity.
