We are hiring! Circet Ireland are looking for a Transport / Fleet Administrator. To be successful in this role you should be well-organised, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance and fulfilment of all safety issues and compliance associated with Transport and Plant.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Reporting within scheduled timescales.
- Ensuring all Servicing/Maintenance is arranged and updated.
- Compiling data for prompt and timely scheduled reporting.
- Coordinate new start drivers for Induction, with relevant documentation sent by email before driver employment commences.
- Maintain licence check database and ensure all drivers are logged and compliant.
- Moving vehicles and equipment when required.
- Support other department requests to Transport and Plant that fall within remit.
- Invoicing and submitting within agreed timescales.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Must have a full Driving License.
- Experience with Transport and Plant Administration preferred.
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to "think on feet" as the role can be very reactive.
- This person must have strong numerical skills and the ability to proactively manage own workstack.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Experience in Microsoft Office suite.
