We Are Hiring! We are hiring a Head Of Operations to join our Traffic Management division . As Head of Operations, you will implement the correct processes and practices across the organisation including formulating strategy, improving performance (including system and process improvements), procuring resources and securing compliance. Reporting to the UK Operations Director, the Head of Operations will ultimately be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day running of all Traffic Management depots in England, which includes depots in Aylesbury, Swindon, Somerset, and Cornwall. The Head of Operations role includes managing the supply partners, working in collaboration with our Telco division and ensuring compliance and safety standards are met. This will include coordinating the internal structure of the organisation based on company policies, goals and objectives to ensure an efficient working environment and that deadlines are met consistently.
