Full‑time role reporting to the Project Coordinator. Circet UK are looking for an AFS Administrator to join the team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role is ideal for an organised, reliable individual who wants to build a career in administration within a supportive and growing company. Full training will be provided for the right person.
What you’ll be doing:
- Checking and updating electronic records
- Ensuring information is accurate and up to date
- Supporting the team by sharing information and keeping tasks running smoothly
- Assisting with general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Communicating with colleagues to ensure everything is completed on time
- Assisting with any other admin tasks as needed
Experience & Knowledge:
- Some previous office or administrative experience an advantage (but not essential)
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Skills & Attributes:
- Organised and able to manage time well
- Friendly and helpful attitude
