We need hungry and driven Engineers who share our passion for technology and our ambition to remain as a leader in the global telecommunications market.

Working on behalf of our valued Internet Service Providers and their residential customers, you will deliver cutting edge full fibre broadband installation and repair services, prioritising a seamless customer experience and ensuring Circet’s industry-leading standards of health & safety are upheld.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Organise your daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely and efficient fibre installations and repairs, aligning with client expectations and business goals.

  • Maintain high standards of customer service by ensuring all interactions with residents, clients, and third-party stakeholders are professional and solution focused.
  • Expertly perform full fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting, ensuring adherence to quality and industry standards.
  • Conduct site inspections to assess installation feasibility, evaluate infrastructure conditions, and provide risk assessments, ensuring full compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and collaborating with colleagues and managers to improve performance and enhance customer experience.
  • Consistently meet Circet’s safety standards, proactively identifying and addressing potential risks in the field.
  • Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining strong relationships and high satisfaction levels.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
  • Benefits:

  • Opportunity to earn an average salary of £32,000 – £40,000+ once qualified.
  • Full equipment provided including company van & fuel card.
  • Full training provided – Whether you are a seasoned Customer Installation Technician, or keen on exploring a new and exciting career, we are committed to providing industry-leading training and development for our staff.
  • Company Pension Scheme
  • Yearly Bonus Scheme
  • Annual Leave (Bonus Days Available)
  • Death in Service

  • Requirements:

  • Ability to excel in a very physically demanding role that requires regular pole/ladder climbing (up to 15 meters), working underground and manual handling of heavy weight in potentially adverse weather conditions.
  • Full Clean UK Driving License (Manual).
  • Basic DBS Check.
  • Strong customer-facing skills and ability to interpret customer requirements regardless of their technical knowledge.
  • A telecoms background is preferred, but we will train Engineers brand new to the industry with the right attitude, personality and transferrable skillset.
  • Good base understanding of the importance of Health & Safety in engineering.
  • Have the full right to work in the UK
  • Additional Information:

  • The normal hours of work are 40 hours per week Monday to Friday with the expectation for you to work one Saturday in every four. The nature of your work may involve considerable travel time outside of office hours with no additional renumeration.
