We are hiring! Circet UK is looking for a Junior Build Manager to join our Wireless division. The Junior Build Manager will be responsible for all engineering and technical disciplines that projects involve. The role will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all the technical, Civils, Rigging, and DICI activities aiming at assuring project accuracy and quality from conception to completion. As a Junior Build Manager, these responsibilities will be under the support of a Senior Build Manager and will eventually develop into a Build Manager role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for ensuring the completion of planning and coordinating the logistics of the projects, working closely with the clients and the Project team.
- Monitoring and reporting of real-time progress on a daily basis to the Programme Manager.
- Management of internal and external resources in the delivery of the construction Rigging and DICI activities end to end.
- Liaise with the client and project team to ensure delivery of milestones are being met.
- Compiling handover and pack documentation where required.
- Responsible for ensuring that Health and Safety is implemented, and all concerns are reported to the Health and Safety team.
- Liaising with Rigging teams, both internal and external resources, on a day-to-day basis to resolve issues.
- Reviewing of detailed designs.
- Feedback and communication to the project team on a regular basis.
- Attend Pre-Starts and formulate Pre-start minutes (Client Form) and POW.
- Complete pick list and kit call offs.
- Update Site Live PACS & any other project tools to ensure sites are kept current.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- A basic understanding of labour, materials, and plant requirements on site build projects.
- Ability to organise and prioritise work in a timely and effective manner.
- Able to multitask on a variety of tasks.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft, Excel).
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills.
