Circet UK is seeking a commercially minded DFE Analyst to support our R100 and Gigabit fibre delivery programmes. This role is responsible for managing DFE (Deviation From Estimate) submissions and invoicing performance, ensuring that all changes, variations and additional works are accurately captured and recovered.
Working closely with operational, commercial and finance teams, you will play a vital role in protecting revenue, improving cash flow, and ensuring the business is paid correctly for all work delivered.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and manage the DFE and A55 process across R100 and Giga programmes
- Review network and construction data to identify works that fall outside original estimates
- Prepare and submit DFEs in line with client and contract requirements
- Produce A55s and commercial justifications to support additional charges
- Track and manage DFE approvals, rejections and re-submissions
- Support invoicing performance by ensuring all approved DFEs are billed correctly
- Work closely with field teams, planners, QS and finance to capture all chargeable work
- Provide reporting on DFE volumes, values, trends and success rates
What You’ll Need
Experience
- Telecoms industry experience or strong network / fibre build knowledge
- Experience working in a commercial, QS or finance environment
- Experience working with DFE processes (or similar variations/change control systems)
Skills & Attributes
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confident analysing network, cost and job data
- Ability to build clear commercial justifications
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders
- Organised and able to manage deadlines and approvals
Qualifications & Knowledge
- QS, commercial or telecoms background (desirable)
- Experience producing A55s and variation documentation
