We are looking for a Telecommunications Engineer to join our team in Galashiels. Working with Circut, we have built an ever-growing portfolio of specialist services. Responsibilities of Telecommunications Engineer:
- Repair and maintenance of Broadband, Telephony and T.V services.
- Complete all work to the required quality standard as applied by Circut UK in line with best working practices and client requirements.
- Educate our customers on the services installed while ensuring all services are operating to the customer's satisfaction.
- Work efficiently whilst being considerate and maintaining a clean environment and excellent customer satisfaction.
- Respond professionally and effectively to all customer requests and enquiries.
- Continually develop your professional abilities through completing timely any training requirements as communicated.
- Comply with company fleet policy.
- Comply with current health and safety regulations aligned to H&S handbook, Tool Box Talks etc.
- Ensure the operation of tools is carried out in a safe manner.
- Ensure work activities comply with current environmental regulations.
- Comply with and/or ensure compliance with the Circut UK Data Protection Policies and the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
- Full training will be provided.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Full right to work in the UK is required.

Additional Information:
- Probation period: 4 weeks of training + 26 weeks on the job (may be shortened based on performance).
- OTE Bonus: Additional up to £1,500 per year earnable based on attendance, performance, and driving scores as part of your KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). OTE Bonus is limited to a maximum of 100 employees per month.
