MDU Supervisor β UK
Full-Time | Reports to Contracts Manager
Circet UK are currently recruiting for an experienced MDU Supervisor with a strong understanding of MDU, civils, and cabling activities on telecom infrastructure build and maintenance contracts. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and play a key role in delivering high-quality network solutions across the UK.
What You\βll Be Doing
- Manage workflows, surveys, and programme work streams for the supply chain, ensuring efficient delivery of works
- Manage the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure, maintaining quality and timely return of job packs (fibre and civils)
- Address non-conformance or compliance issues early to minimise cost impact
- Coach and mentor field operatives to improve quality and compliance with NRSWA 1991, TMA 2004, and safety standards
- Provide regular updates and reports to Works Control and Noticing departments
- Carry out in-progress audits and coach sub-contractors on site to identify improvements and enhance site safety
- Identify where DFE submissions are required and prepare for client approval
- Maintain accurate daily records of planned works and issues encountered
What You\βll Need
Experience & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of Openreach MDU operations
- NRSWA accreditation to Supervisor level
- Proven experience managing MDU, civils, or telecom build projects
- Knowledge of permit-to-work schemes and noticing processes
- Experience communicating with external stakeholders and clients
- Understanding of client quality requirements
- IOSH certification desirable
