Circet Traffic are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the operations support team based in East Kilbride. Circet Ireland & UK have built an ever-growing portfolio of specialist services. We are leading providers to the Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure and Power Sectors in Ireland and the UK. We are driven to be innovative and proactive in delivering solutions that meet our clients' expectations while not losing sight of their changing requirements.

Working with Circet, we operate with flexible and hybrid working arrangements. Circet offers a competitive base salary and a KPI-based bonus. This is a full-time, permanent role with 25 days of annual leave plus a Holiday Purchase Scheme and added benefits such as an Employee Assistance Programme, Life Assurance and Educational Support.

Responsibilities

  • Keep track of orders and updates from the field.
  • Ensure orders are submitted for closure within agreed timescales.
  • Process payments for field staff.
  • Responsible for taking information from the field to update and maintain the internal system (MIS).
  • Identify, manage and report on dependencies, milestones, critical path and potential risks/issues.
  • Respond to queries escalated by the client ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner and to a successful conclusion.
  • Create, maintain and deliver high quality project documentation.
  • Ensure effective communication with staff and stakeholders, ensuring this is delivered in a timely and clear fashion, with expectations clearly set and met.

Knowledge & Skills Requirements

  • 1+ years' experience within a fast paced administration role and team.
  • Finance experience/skills are desirable.
  • Experience in Telecoms / Construction / Utilities preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • This person must have strong numerical skills and the ability to proactively manage own workstack.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite.
