Circet UK is seeking a Noticing Coordinator to support the administration and coordination of street works notices and permits across our operational projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative ability, excellent communication skills and an interest in learning about street works and telecoms. Full training will be provided.
Reporting into the Operations team, you will play an important role in ensuring our work is delivered smoothly, efficiently and in line with required processes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Process planned and emergency street works notices and permits (training provided)
- Open, track and close notices/permits, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates
- Liaise with Local Authorities, internal teams and third parties in a professional and clear manner
- Help coordinate supporting requirements such as parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions and road closures
- Monitor permit timelines to prevent overruns and support compliance
- Maintain organised records and assist with operational reporting
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team
What You'll Need
- Strong administrative experience (any sector)
- Experience in coordination, customer service or scheduling roles is beneficial
- Street works / NRSWA experience (desirable but not essential)
