Noticing Coordinator – Circet UK
We are hiring! Circet UK are looking for a Noticing Coordinator to join our team. Circet Ireland & UK build an ever-growing portfolio of specialist services, leading providers to the Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure and Power Sectors. We are innovative and proactive, delivering solutions that meet client expectations while staying attuned to changing requirements.
Responsibilities
- Administer planned and emergency street works notices/permits.
- Open and close streetworks notices/permits, including registering reinstatement details within timescales.
- Liaise with Local Authorities & local staff.
- Coordinate with third parties (parking suspensions, bus stop suspensions, road closures, etc.).
- Monitor notices/permits to ensure there are no overruns.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements
- Able to liaise and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Good organisational, time management and communication skills.
- Able to work proactively, accurately and methodically under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Proficient in Excel & Outlook.
