Circet Ireland and UK are looking for a HSEQ Manager to join our Power Division in Glanville and Dungannon.
The HSEQ Manager reports to the Operations Manager and is responsible for monitoring the safety and welfare of Circet personnel, contractors, and members of the public, as well as implementing Circet\’s quality and environmental policies and practices.
Responsibilities :
- Produce weekly and monthly reports analyzing completed audits and inspections, capturing findings with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Investigate all accidents, potential accidents, and hazards, making appropriate recommendations to prevent future incidents.
- Ensure that set KPIs are met and strive to exceed them where possible.
- Coordinate with the Training Manager to identify and fulfill all HSEQ training requirements and manage the training matrix.
- Hold regular meetings with staff to set, monitor, and review individual objectives related to HSEQ.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation regarding Health & Safety, Environment, and Quality.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with safe systems of work, including monitoring, analysis, and corrective actions, conducting internal audits to ensure adherence.
- Perform and analyze field quality checks to meet targets.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure efficient and professional contract delivery.
Requirements :
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent.
- Degree qualification or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in a civil engineering or telecommunications environment.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- CSCS Card.
