Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and follow-up calls post-appointment.
  • Respond to issues promptly, providing updates or escalating as needed.
  • Support engineers with processes like Start My Day, Timeslot Adherence, Engineer Utilisation, and End My Day.
  • Review completed jobs for accuracy, stock recording, notes, and signatures, liaising with engineers to correct missing information.
  • Manage daily tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Escalate and report issues appropriately.
  • Utilize IT skills such as email, webchat, and spreadsheets with great attention to detail.

Training and Work Arrangements

Initial office-based training for at least 1 week at our Selkirk office, with potential to work fully from home afterward. Full training and equipment are provided.

Additional Information

Reporting to a Team Manager, you will communicate regularly with customers, client contact centers, engineers, and field leaders throughout the UK via inbound and outbound calls.
