Circet UK is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Site Acceptance Coordinator (Quality) to support our Site Acceptance Team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build or develop a career in telecoms, quality assurance, and project coordination within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the planning and coordination of internal quality audits
  • Assisting with defect clearance revisits and uploading evidence to client portals
  • Submitting access, outage, RAMS, and materials (pick) requests
  • Monitoring audit and defect clearance schedules via SiteLive
  • Supporting the creation of key project documentation, including audit review and defect clearance sheets
  • Interpreting CAD drawings and technical data to support defect validation
  • Maintaining accurate document control and tracking project activity
  • Communicating daily with site teams to ensure programme timelines are met
  • Producing regular reports on KPIs and performance for the Quality Lead
  • Supporting internal meetings and contributing to performance reporting
  • Reporting H&S non‑conformances to the relevant stakeholders
  • Providing general administrative support to the Quality team

What You'll Need

  • Strong communication skills with a professional telephone manner
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A proactive, detail‑focused, and reliable approach to work
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office (experience with systems like SiteLive is beneficial)
  • Ability to interpret technical information and drawings (or willingness to learn)
  • Confidence working in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks both independently and within a team

Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (telecoms preferred)
  • Exposure to working across multiple projects or stakeholders is advantageous
