Circet UK is seeking a motivated Sales Ledger to join our Wireless Division, supporting the day-to-day financial operations of one of our fastest-growing business units. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in finance within a dynamic telecoms environment, working closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure financial accuracy and control.
You’ll play a key role in keeping financial records accurate, supporting month-end processes, and ensuring cash, costs and invoices are managed efficiently across wireless projects.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Daily sales invoicing
- Daily sales reports
- Posting customer receipts
- Daily invoice discounting report
- Credit control
- Monthly customer statements of account
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc finance and reporting tasks
What You’ll Need:
Experience:
- Previous experience in an accounts, finance or administration role (essential)
- Exposure to sales ledger, purchase ledger or reconciliation work would be an advantage
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and basic finance systems
- Good communication skills when working with suppliers and internal teams
- Proactive and keen to learn
Qualifications:
- AAT qualification or studying towards AAT (desirable but not essential)
