Circet UK is seeking a motivated Accounts Assistant to join our Wireless Division, supporting the day‑to‑day financial operations of one of our fastest‑growing business units. This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in finance within a dynamic telecoms environment, working closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure financial accuracy and control. You’ll play a key role in keeping financial records accurate, supporting month‑end processes, and ensuring cash, costs and invoices are managed efficiently across wireless projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Post and maintain month‑end journals to support accurate financial reporting
  • Prepare and submit CIS returns in line with HMRC requirements
  • Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded
  • Maintain the sales ledger and raising invoices
  • Manage the purchase ledger, processing supplier invoices and resolving queries
  • Support the finance team with ad‑hoc finance and reporting tasks

What You’ll Need

Experience

  • Previous experience in an accounts, finance or administration role (essential)
  • Exposure to sales ledger, purchase ledger or reconciliation work would be an advantage

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and basic finance systems
  • Good communication skills when working with suppliers and internal teams
  • Proactive and keen to learn

Qualifications

  • AAT qualification or studying towards AAT (desirable but not essential)
