You will be a member of the Beauty and Wellness team, working directly with our strategic clients. The Insight Manager is a critical member of the team, leading our partnership on a day-to-day basis and as a result, the ideal candidate would need to have a degree of autonomy and problem-solving capabilities. The candidate should have a track record of using innovative and inspiring insight to grow our clients' business, paired with superb organizational and interpersonal engagement skills to deliver an all-round excellent service to the client.
- Coordinates, executes, analyses, and presents findings from a variety of insight projects commissioned by the client.
- Responsible for updating all business performance metrics and accurate financial reporting.
- Development and deployment of our technology capabilities, bringing the best Circana has to offer to our clients' fingertips to drive efficiencies and enhance business reporting.
- Weekly travel to the client office (Central London) and occasional on-site days at the Circana main office (Bracknell).
- Experience in the application of market measurement data including shopper.
- Effective team player and proven ability to work remotely as well as onsite with clients across virtual and diverse teams.
- Leverages mutually beneficial relationships and networks strongly both internally and externally.
- Strong project and workload management and proactive management of stakeholder expectations.
- Able to engage in a consultative manner with clients at all levels when helping solve/manage content deliverables and critical business challenges.
- Strong commercial acumen: appreciation of contractual obligations, financial reporting, corporate policies and input into business planning.
This role will have the requirement to travel to the client's office (once a week) and Circana's Head Office in Bracknell (once per month).
