What will you be doing?

Driving new and expanding existing Gateway sales through demonstrating the ROI from Gateway platform investment through active prospecting and consultative selling, using data-driven value cases to demonstrate a reason to buy and the value from the solution. You’ll build relationships with identified supplier decision makers across different functions, working closely with the CPG new business team and dedicated Gateways team to open up opportunities to renew and drive new Gateway sales to the 75% opportunity stage. You’ll thrive on building client relationships, driving ROI, hitting targets, and a fast paced culture.

Job Responsibilities

  • Identifying a renewal and sales pipeline to hit and exceed targets, taking ownership for a commercial number and identifying the path to achieve.
  • Engaging existing and prospective clients using our Gateways to pin point opportunities for them.
  • Identifying client decision makers and drive the sales and renewal opportunities to a sufficient level to hand over to the sales manager in the new business or Gateways teams.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders across several functions (often in a matrix management structure) to ensure collective success.
  • Delivering demonstrable ROI from the Gateways platforms to build relationships and drive revenue in prospective and existing Gateways clients.

Requirements

  • Experience of data-driven insights as a basis for consultative selling.
  • Understanding of/ experience in shopper/ loyalty platforms , and a passion for the principles of retailer collaboration.
  • A commercial background.
  • Must be able to work autonomously
  • Experienced with engaging senior decision makers and building relationships within suppliers.
  • An understanding of the retailer/ manufacturer dynamic (ranging, commercial and promotional plans).
  • Must be able to Travel Nationaly
