The Senior Insight Manager is a crucial member of the Retail team, utilising extensive industry knowledge to provide valuable insights to their client. They will play a pivotal role in driving client adoption and ongoing engagement, building strong connections across the client's organisation, and acting as a key bridge between the client and supplier teams to maximise value and collaboration.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana's data and software solutions with their strategic goals.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.
- Help to Achieve Revenue Targets: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing challenges, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering consistent value.
- Support growth of product and data assets by continuously monitoring client activity with Circana solutions and bringing new ideas to life.
- Support Innovation and Feedback: Provide market feedback to internal teams to help refine offerings and contribute to product development.
- Demonstrated ability to conceive, manage, and deliver fact-based analyses, with a focus on consumer solutions, providing clients with clear, actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Proven ability in building relationships with cross-functional teams, working collaboratively and influencing stakeholders.
- Proven insight experience within an FMCG manufacturer or retailer, or agency side. Experience with NIQ, Numerator/Kantar or Circana data sets is advantageous.
- Proven and proficient expertise in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Competency and confidence in analysing large data sets and presenting detailed insight, together with outlining potential new solutions and wins for the client.
The role is hybrid/remote but must be open to travelling to clients' offices and Circana's Head Office.
