The Opportunity
We’re looking for a senior commercial leader who thrives on building trusted C-level partnerships and driving sustainable growth across global clients. This is not a traditional sales role; it’s about shaping strategy, influencing decisions, and becoming an indispensable partner to your clients.
What will you be doing?
- Grow strategic client accounts by delivering first class client experience and identifying new opportunities that drive business outcomes and increased revenue.
- Build deep C-suite relationships and position Circana as a trusted advisor.
- Lead & win complex, high-value deals with a consultative, insight-led & commercially astute approach.
- Transform data into compelling stories and points of view that influence executive decisions.
- Collaborate globally across teams to deliver seamless client solutions & service.
- Understand and stay ahead of industry trends (FMCG/CPG, retail, AI, digital transformation).
- Champion client success, ensuring measurable value and long-term partnerships.

Required profile
- Extensive experience in B2B sales/business development (FMCG, CPG, or retail).
- Experience managing global or multi-market clients.
- Track record of closing complex deals and driving growth.
- Exposure to data, analytics, AI and digital solutions.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English language. 2nd language in French, German, Italian, is highly desirable but not required.
