The EMEA Central Ops Programme Lead will support a global multi-year transformation initiative driving automation improvements and product capabilities through technology upgrades, micro-automations and/or process improvements within EMEA. Working within and alongside our industry-disrupting Product and Technology teams, and in collaboration with our market-focused Commercial colleagues, the EMEA Central Ops Programme Lead will assume responsibility for a portfolio of transformational projects or programmes to manage and deliver innovative capabilities into the CIRCANA business.
Job Responsibilities
- Initiate and lead a multi-year portfolio of projects or transformation programme for EMEA according to the strategic objectives of the organization.
- Define, structure and plan the programme to incorporate PMO requirements and governance, partnering with US/global teams (Automation and Strategy) to ensure standard and consistent approach globally with best practice compliance.
- Provide programme and change management leadership for the EMEA strategic transformation initiative.
- Provide governance for all shared resources and play an active role in resource planning and prioritization, intake process and partnering with US for a global approach.
- Define and manage hiring plan, engagement with 3rd party vendors to include metrics and performance management where needed.
- Supervise and coach cross-functional project teams to apply change management principles, risk management, provide feedback, complex problem solving and resource management as needed.
- Continually identify ways to enhance efficiency, quality and productivity of procedures and people to make our solutions easier, better, faster and cheaper whilst keeping operational excellence goals and Shingo principles front of mind.
- Identify and manage the key programme sponsors and stakeholders and own the consolidation and publication of management reporting.
Qualifications
- MSc/MA is a plus as is a project management qualification (APMP, Prince2).
- Working knowledge of MS Office and program management software (Project, etc.).
