Part of the EMEA FP&A team, working closely with the FP&A Manager to provide financial support to the EMEA leaders and EMEA Corporate function Leaders. There will also be the opportunity to work on ad-hoc projects to improve and streamline financial processes across EMEA.
Main role responsibilities:- Prepare monthly/quarterly forecasting, planning and close reporting.
- Assist with financial reporting for Senior management and key stakeholders presentations.
- Support planning and analysis of Corporate functions spend.
- Pipeline Reviews.
- Support collation, review, and analysis of ad-hoc reporting.
- Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, supporting FP&A manager.
- Workday Adaptive Planning (preferred), Power BI and Netsuite experience advantageous.
- Experience with financial reporting software would be advantageous.
- Advanced Excel skills (Xlookups, Pivots).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Great communication and relationship building skills.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure.
- Proactive and hands-on mentality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer literacy skills.
