What will you be doing?
This role is responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of large-scale retailer implementation programmes, from contract/SOW signing through to go-live and handover into BAU. This role sits at the heart of Circana’s Retailer Supply Chain partnerships. You will own delivery governance, manage senior retailer relationships, and coordinate closely with cross-functional Circana teams to ensure programmes are delivered on time, to scope, and to a high standard of quality. You will operate confidently across a broad range of situations – from influencing senior stakeholders on key implementation decisions, to managing complex internal programmes that unlock additional value for both Circana and our retail partners.
Job Responsibilities
- Own End-to-End Implementation Delivery: Lead retailer programmes from contract signature through successful implementation and transition to operational support. Identify, manage and mitigate delivery risks and issues, escalating where required.
- Build and Strengthen Retailer Partnerships: Act as the primary delivery owner and trusted implementation partner for assigned retailers. Build strong working relationships with retailer contacts across supply chain, technology, data and commercial teams.
- Deliver Strong Governance and Communication Plans: Set up and manage effective programme governance structures. Deliver clear, consistent status reporting and executive-level communication. Ensure alignment to contractual commitments, timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate Across Circana Teams: Work closely with Technology, Architects, CPG, Sales and Customer Support teams. Coordinate internal resources to ensure smooth, on-time delivery. Align teams around shared outcomes and client priorities.
- Champion Customer Experience and Value: Ensure a high-quality retailer experience throughout the implementation journey. Identify opportunities to enhance value, improve processes and optimise delivery.
Requirements
- Experience working within a Retailer OR CPG organisation, ideally in a Supply Chain or operational role.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience delivering large complex, multi-stakeholder programmes or implementations.
- A confident, strategic team player who brings a positive, solutions-focused approach while taking ownership and initiative in complex environments.
- Strong project or programme management capability with a structured, organised approach.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Monday.com and comfort working with data and analytics.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally as required.
