Lead a dedicated team and shape the future of health and wellbeing at Thornbury Active Lifestyle Centre. This is your chance to move beyond day-to-day operations and drive real change in how people experience fitness and wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train and manage Health & Wellbeing staff including appraisals and development planning
- Coordinate aerobics programming and oversee group exercise delivery
- Maintain service standards by directing Health & Wellbeing Advisors and Group Exercise Instructors
- Develop adult wellbeing activities and strengthen the Active Health & Wellbeing Brand
- Create systems that drive continuous improvement and ensure quality service delivery
- Ensure all policies, procedures and regulations are followed
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 Fitness Qualification or equivalent
- Experience working in health and wellness environments
- Knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
- Excellent customer care and communication skills
